Tapo c200 night vision not working - Smart Home Community

I have 3 tapo c200.    Two work perfectly (one v1, one v2). The third tapo's (v2) night vision doesnt work.   When I manually select day view and night view, I hear a click. But, in night view, I see nothing but black.    Ple
