Canarias 1 kg - Yerba Mate ha un sapore intenso, perfettamente bilanciata da note dolci e da un retrogusto speziato, che resiste anche a numerose infusioni.
Origine: Canelones, Uruguay Produttore: Canarias Caratteristiche: Yerba Mate finemente macinata, dal sapore intenso, perfettamente bilanciato da note dolci e da un sorprendente retrogusto speziato. Sapore che resiste ad un buon numero di infusioni. Metodo di preparazione: riempire per 3/4 la calabaza, tappare col palmo della mano, poi agitarla tenendo ben premuto e ripetere per altre due/tre volte. Una volta fatto ciò, la yerba si inclinerà leggermente, a questo punto bisogna versare un po’ di acqua tiepida nel piccolo “dislivello” che si è venuto a creare, così da umidificarla leggermente e lasciare riposare per un paio di minuti. Successivamente si può iniziare a versare, sempre nel punto precedente bagnato, acqua minimamente mineralizzata a 70/80 °C, facendo attenzione a non bagnare tutta la yerba mate presente nella calabaza.  Dopo di che non resta altro che introdurre la bombilla e iniziare a gustare il tuo Mate.
