You can, for example, use it in a supported child's pose (Balasana), resting butterfly (Supta baddha konasana) or seated forward bend (Paschimottanasana). A yoga bolster is an almost indispensable tool in any yoga practice and is perfect for restorative yoga and gentle yin yoga. Specifications: Outer cover of 100% organic cotton and can be washed at 30 degrees with similar colours. Filling: Buckwheat husks. The shells/filling can be taken out and added again as desired.
