While on a trip to Armenia, Auguste Ponsot discovered benzoin resin's disinfecting qualities and decided to bring it home to France. Over a century later, the incense papers are still being produced in the same factory. We love them for their simplicity and calming scent. We usually burn a strip after a bad day in the lab. Sold as a single booklet or in packs of 3, or 6 incense booklets. They are available in two distinct fragrances. Armenie is a reformulation of the original Papier by perfumer Francis Kurkdjian — an easing scent of benzoin, myrrh, sweet vanilla and balsam wood.
