triptothetaj.com is a travel website managed by its namesake company, Trip to Taj (hereinafter, also referred to as “company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). The website hosts travel information and travel-related products and services from 3rd party travel suppliers, and provides a safe and secure means to users to (hereinafter, also referred to as “you”, “customer(s)”, “buyer(s)”, “passenger(s)”, “traveler(s)”) collect travel information, submit an enquiry about the same, make a travel booking, cancel or exchange an existing booking.
Your access to the website and its use for the above purposes is guided by the terms and conditions mentioned on this page, and other terms or disclaimers as disclosed along with the travel-related products and services you buy. You understand and agree that the purchased products or services from the travel suppliers may also include additional terms and conditions that are beyond the control of Trip to Taj.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
The Website facilitates travel information covering places, cultures, events, festivals, travel-related products/services, etc. The sole purpose of providing the information is help users with their decision making and, thereby, making a better travel choice. Though we exercise the best editorial guidelines to ensure the travel information on triptothetaj.com is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date, we disclaim any type of warranty regarding its accuracy, relevancy, timeliness, and their suitability with your needs or expectations.

PURCHASE OR BOOKING
The event of collecting information, engaging with the Website and making a purchase of any travel-related product(s) or booking of service(s) (also referred to as a travel package) ensues a contract between both the parties, i.e., you and us. The responsibilities and rights of the parties are defined as per the laws of the Republic of India with the area of Jurisdiction as Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
All prices and services are correct at the time of publishing. All prices, services and departures are subject to change without prior notice. The Company reserves the right to alter the published price of any tour due to increasing tariffs, costs and entry fees or fluctuation of exchange rates, such amounts shall be determined at the sole discretion of the company. The Company reserves the right to decline any booking without outlining its reasons therefore. No booking shall be considered confirmed until a written confirmation slip has been sent to the user and the full amount due paid and all cheques honored.
Upon successful booking, a customer receives our tour dossier and pre-departure information documents. It is your responsibility to read and understand these documents before travelling.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
To confirm a travel booking, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required. The pre-payment is adjusted against the total booking price. In the event of non-payment of the remaining booking price within twenty-eight days or prior to the travel departure, the booking shall be considered as cancelled and the deposit shall be forfeited.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUND
In the case of a booking cancellation, the Company shall retain the full deposit. If a booking is cancelled less than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the tour departure date, then the refund is subject to the cancellation fee as follows:
28-15 Days – 50% of the Full Deposit
14-07 Days – 75% of the Full Deposit
06-00 Days – 100% of the Full Deposit

NO-SHOW & EXCHANGE
Travelers failing to board the tour for any reason whatsoever on the date of departure shall not be entitled to claim any refund from the company. The travel dates are non-changeable. However, the exchange of travel booking or package is permissible with a standard fee at least 28 days in advance of the departure date.

PASSPORTS, VISAS AND OTHER TRAVEL PAPERS
It’s your sole responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, e.g., passports, visas, health certificates, and proof of vaccinations, but not limited to, while you are on trip. Passports must have 3-4 blank pages available. The Company cannot be held liable for any consequences, damages or claims if prior to the commencement of the tour, a customer fails to procure the documents or present them to the authorized personnel representing the state or central law and order enforcement agencies.

INSURANCE
Travelers shall have a comprehensive travel insurance including medical insurance and provision of air evacuation. Travelers shall be in the possession of related insurance documents. Any resulting consequence of not having the documents is the sole responsibility of the travelers.

BAGGAGE
Travelers shall be responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. The Company does not accept any liability for any loss or damage of any personal effects, howsoever arising. Travelers are advised to know in advance about the permissible baggage size or count. The Company retains the right to refuse excess baggage.

RISK
A traveler(s) accepts that all tour involves an element of personal risk. Neither the Company nor any of its employees or agents shall be held liable in any way for any injury, loss of life or damage to property, howsoever caused and the client hereby indemnifies and holds the company, its agent, assigns and servants harmless from any such claim. The client accepts full responsibility for all risks involved.

HEALTH
Travelers are responsible for their physical and mental wellbeing before embarking on the tour. Travelers above the age of 65 shall be in the possession of a health fitness certificate from a legally approved health practitioner claiming their fitness to travel.

AUTHORITY ON TOUR
The decisions of the Company’s guide/driver on tour shall always be final and binding. Travelers shall comply with the laws, customs and foreign exchange regulations of the country visited. Should any traveler(s) fails to comply with any of the terms, or cause any nuisance to the group, the driver/guide may order the traveler(s) to leave the tour without any claim or refund. The traveler(s) shall be obliged to make their way home at their own expense or arrangement.

MEDIA USAGE CONSENT
Trip to Taj reserves the rights to use media including photos and videos taken during the trip for promotional activities. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use such content.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES
You understand and agree that expenses incurred towards optional activities are not part of this contact. Though you may take our advice on the activities at your discretion. The contract for the provision of that activity will be between you and activity provider.

UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS
Unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to war, mechanical breakdowns, weather, riots and other unforeseen reasons beyond the control of the Company may cause delays or alterations to the tour. The Company shall not be held liable in any way for any of these possible occurrences or any consequences, which may arise as a result of these.

Terms and Conditions Update
Trip to Taj on its sole discretion can update or modify the terms and conditions mentioned on this page. If you are planning a tour with Trip to Taj or its already planned, you are advised to keep reviewing this page to take note of any changes. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page indicates when this page was last revised. Any changes will become effective when we post the revised Terms and Conditions on the Website.
